摘要
大学文化是大学之灵魂,是影响一所大学竞争力的核心要素。大学文化包括精神文化、制度文化和物质文化三个层面。中国大学的文化建设既要借鉴国外大学的经验,又要在办学理念、大学精神、发展战略、领导模式、人力资源管理体制、大学形象建设等方面有自己的创新。
University culture, as the soul of a university, is the key element of its competitive power. University culture includes three levels, including value, system and physics. For Chinese universities, they should construct their culture based on not only the foreign university's experience but also their own innovation dealing with university value, university spirit , strategy , leadership model, system of human resource management and university identity.
