亚健康状态是介于健康与疾病之间的中间状态,此时人体器质上尚未发现病变但功能上已出现改变。亚健康具有向疾病或向健康方面转化的双向性,人类普遍存在且发生率呈逐年增加趋势。其成因与社会、环境、心理学及遗传、生物学综合因素有关。亚健康严重影响生活质量正日益引起关注并成为全球医学研究热点之一。

Sub-health is an intermediate state between health and iuness, where no abnormality is found pathologically but a change may appear functionally. It is a universal tendency increasing yearly. Closely associated with society, enviroment, psychology and heredity, and biology, it renders a serious reduction in life quality. Therefore it has caught attention and is becoming one of the medical research hotspots globally.
