摘要
根据装置界区氮气质量的变化,在原有精制流程上增加了CO脱除净化床,使进入装置的氮气中CO含量由11.0~4.8μg/g下降到工艺要求的0.2μg/g以下;通过增加氧含量分析仪和自控加氢单元,使净化后氮气中氧含量小于0.2μg/g,同时减少了过量加氢造成浪费以及由此造成的安全隐患和其他工艺危害,使装置下游用户的氮气质量更加稳定,装置运行更加平稳。
A purification bed for removing CO was incorporated into the existing N2 refining process flow based on the variation in quality of N2 in battery limit of plant in order to reduce the CO content in the N2 entered into the plant from 1.0-4.8 μg/g to below 0.2 μg/g as stipulated in the technological requirements. The oxygen content in the purified N2 could be controlled to be less than 0.2 μg/g after equipping an oxygen analyzer and an automatic hydrogenation unit. At the same time, the waste originated from the excessive hydrogenation was diminished and the related safety hidden troubles and other technological hazards were abated. As a consequence, the quality of the N2 for the downstream users of the plant was more stabilized and therefore, the plant could be operated more smoothly.
