电话网从SPC(程控交换机)发展到软交换是大势所趋,铁路电话网也不例外。演进过程中涉及面广,技术复杂,如何平滑、平稳地对现有SPC组成的电话网进行软交换技术升级改造,将是铁路通信建设和运维不可回避的问题,文章结合某节点更新改造实例,对铁路电话网的演进思路及步骤、注意事项、既有和新资源的充分利用以及网络融合进行了探讨。

It is a trend for telephone networks to evolve from SPC to soft-switching. There is no exception for railway telephone networks and its evolution involves wide ranges and complicated technologies. How to renovate the existing SPC telephone networks to upgrade to soft-switching ones smoothly and stably is an inevitable problem for the construction, operation and maintenance of railway communication systems. Combined with an example of upgrading a certain node, we discussed the solution, process, precautions, full utilization of the existing and new resources, and network convergence regarding the evolution of rail- way telephone networks.
