摘要
本文通过测量磁浆的粘度、矩形比、电阻以及复合溶液内消泡剂功能等参数,试图探讨评价磁浆工艺过程的检测方法。试验结果表明,在选择配方和工艺参数时,测量磁浆的粘度及矩形比是一个可用的方法。复合溶液内消泡剂功能的检测,在一定程度上可以预测磁盘涂层的针孔和气泡等缺陷产生的程度,因而也可作为消泡剂的选择方法之一。
This paper attempts to explore a test method for evaluating the processing of magnetie paints, by measuring ther parameters of viscosity, squareness, resistance, function of foam killers in the compound solution, etc. The experimental results show that measuring viscosity and squareness of magnetic paints is a useful method for selecting formulations and processing parameters The test of function of foam killers in the compound solution can forecast possibilities of emerging defccts (pinhole etc.) in magnetic coatings to a degree, and therefore it can also act as one of the methods for selecting foam killers.
