从竞争情报的基本过程、竞争情报的功能、单体涉案企业需要的外部支持三个视角以及竞争情报需求、信息收集、信息分析、早期预警功能、环境监视与竞争对手跟踪功能、决策支持功能、建立应对反倾销指控组织机构需要的支持、将决策转化为行动并实现预期目标需要的支持等多个方面,对中国苹果汁企业成功应对美国反倾销诉讼案件进行解析,得出结论和启示。
Focusing on competitive intelligence (CI) factor, the case that Chinese concentrated apple juice enterprises won the antidumping lawsuit from America was studied in three CI angles of view. The first is from CI cycle in user - needs, collection, analysis. The second is from CI functions in early warning, monitoring and keeping track of competitors, support for decision making. The third is form indispensable CI support outside a single enterprise in establishing a special organization for dealing with lawsuit, changing CI into actions. Several findings and inspirations are given in the end.
