摘要
从知识的吸收、转化和创新角度入手,提出并论证社会资本是企业创新和知识创新的社会维度的观点。从知识管理的视角对企业社会资本的构建和管理提出"理性嵌入"、"甄别和管理"等建议和操作思路,以使处于全球关系网络中的企业在变化与稳定之间、在差异与联合之间保持弹性和平衡。
Beginning with the absorption, transformation and innovation of knowledge, this paper proposes the presumption that the social capital is the social dimension of the innovation of corporations and knowledge, and proves it. Additionally, from the angle of knowledge management for the establishment and management of social capital of corporations, it brings out suggestions as ＂rational embedment＂, ＂selection and management＂, so that corporations which operate in social networks can keep their flexibility and balance between change and stability, differential and conglomeration.
