摘要
通过个体隐性知识测度,以个体隐性知识含量的相对值作为测度结果,选拔参与隐性知识转移模型的知识转移因子,并将其和各影响因素引入某一时刻基于个体隐性知识测度的多组织间知识转移的数学模型。最终,对此数学模型做稳定性分析,并结合实例,根据相关结果判断知识转移因子选取的合理性和多组织间隐性知识转移模型的效率。
Through the measuring of individual tacit knowledge, the author' s propose that take the relative values of individual tacit knowledge as results to select knowledge transfer factors, introduce these factors and affect elements into the mathematical model of tacit knowledge migrating which based on the measuring of individual tacit knowledge on a particular moment. Eventually, the authors propose that through the analysis of stability to judge whether the selection of transfer factors are reasonable and the efficiency of tacit knowledge transfer model is high.
