Safty test of Coprinus comatus broth

目的:研究不同剂量的鸡腿菇发酵液对小鼠的毒性作用。方法:将不同剂量的鸡腿菇发酵液均匀加入基础饲料中,混匀后经压制切块,烘干喂养试验小鼠90d。期间每隔一周测一次体质量,在试验结束时采血、取肝脏,测定血液生化和主要脏器指标。结果:鸡腿菇发酵液对小鼠血肌酐、碱性磷酸酶无显著影响;但可明显提高血清总胆红素含量;除了明显提高谷草转氨酶活性外,其他无显著影响;同时,中、高剂量鸡腿菇发酵液在饲养中后期对雌性小鼠体质量有显著降低作用。结论:鸡腿菇发酵液在低剂量范围内服用是安全的。

Reasently, we have studied the toxic effects of the mice to which the Coprinus comatus broth of different dose acting. Methods： we put Copdnus comatus broth of different dose in based feed evenly. After the suppression of mixing cuts, we take it to feed the mice for 90 days. Testing the weight during every week. we blood the take, the liver, make the determination of indicators of blood chemistry and the main organs. Results： there is no significant impact acting to serum creatinine and ALP of the mice when we put the Coprinus comatus broth in the based feed, but it can markedly improved the content of serum bilirubin and markedly lower the GPT activity in female mice. Apart from the high-dose group can markedly improve the aspartate aminotransferase activity, it dose no marked impact. At the same time, the middle-dose and high-dose groups of Copdnus comatus broth have the marked lowered impact to female mice in the late keeping. Conclution： it is safe that we put the low--dose broth of coprinus comatus to the mice.
