摘要
对松毛虫的化学成分,以及松毛虫中蛋白质、甲壳素、壳聚糖和油脂的提取制备进行较全面的综述。并讨论松毛虫及其产品在食品、医药、饲料工业等领域的应用现状及前景。
The chemical composition of pine caterpillar(Dendrolimus spp.) was outlined, and the research advance in protein extraction, chitin and chitosan preparation, and oil development from pine caterpillar were also reviewed. In addition, the application status and the prospect of pine caterpillar and its products in domain of food industry, medicine, feed industry were discussed.
