木糖醇母液脱色工艺的研究 被引量:2

摘要 针对木糖醇母液加工后色泽较深的问题,分别考察活性炭的种类、用量、脱色温度、脱色时间以及脱色时的搅拌速度对脱色效果的影响。实验结果表明,活性炭A具有较好的脱色效果。并确定了最佳的脱色条件为:活性炭用量为2wt%~3wt%,脱色温度为60℃,脱色时间为40min,搅拌速度为120r/min。在此条件下得到的脱色液透明度高,最高脱色率可到达99.7%以上,能够满足提取木糖醇结晶的要求。 Aimed at the darker color of xylitol motherliquid after processing, the influence of the type and amount of decoloring agent, temperature, time and churning speed on the decolorization effect of xylitol motherliquid was systematically investigated in this paper. The results showed that active carbon A exhibited better decolorization effect. And the optional decolorization condition was obtained at the following condtion: the amount of the decoloring agent 2wt%-3wt%, temperature 60 ℃, time 40 min and churning speed 120 r/min. The best decolodzation degree could reach up to 99.7%, meeting the needs of extracting crystal xylitol.
