摘要
利用马来酸酐、邻苯二甲酸酐对大豆分离蛋白进行化学改性,然后加入甘油增塑后,热压制取大豆分离蛋白可生物降解材料,系统地研究了马来酸酐和邻苯二甲酸酐添加量对材料力学性能、耐水性能和透光率的影响规律。
The biodegradable material was made by the process of hot-pressing with the soy protein isolates which was modified with maleic anlydride and phthalic anlyddde. The effect of maleic anlydride and phthalic anlydride addition on mechanical properties, water absorption and light transmittance were studiyed.
