射干黄酮提取工艺的响应面设计优化 被引量:10

摘要 在单因素基础上,采用响应面分析法对影响射干黄酮得率的主要因素(提取时间、液料比、乙醇浓度)进行优化,建立了影响因素与响应值(黄酮提取率)之间的函数关系。根据回归方程寻优得出,最佳工艺条件为乙醇浓度76.3%、液料比11∶1、80℃下提取2.5h,在该工艺条件下黄酮实际得率达9.841%。结果表明,响应面法对射干黄酮的提取条件优化合理可行,可为工业生产提供理论依据。 According to the single factor experiments, response surface methodology(RSM) was utilized to explore the main factors(extract time, liquid-solid ratio, ethanol concentration) effecting extraction of flavones from Rhizoma Belamcanda. The relationship between influencing factors and response values is established. It was found that the procedure could achieve a good result when the sample was infiltrated with 11-fold 76.3% ethanol-water solution and mixed around at 80 ℃ for 2.5 h according to the optimization of the regression equation. The extraction rate of flavones got to 9.841%. The procedure of the extraction can be helpful to the factory-scale production.
