桑黄子实体多糖抗癌活性的研究

Study of anti-tumor effect of polysaccharide from Phellinus igniarius fruit-body

以环磷酰胺抗肿瘤药物为对照,建立小鼠S180肿瘤移植模型,对韩国桑黄子实体和日本桑黄子实体中的桑黄多糖进行抑瘤效果的评价,同时利用气相色谱进行单糖组成分析。结果:韩国桑黄子实体多糖和日本桑黄子实体多糖均有较高的抗肿瘤活性,抑瘤率分别为:52.36%、72.64%。韩国桑黄子实体多糖含5种单糖,分别为:鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖和半乳糖,日本桑黄子实体多糖含6种单糖,分别为:鼠李糖、阿拉伯糖、木糖、葡萄糖、甘露糖和半乳糖。

Cyclophosphamide were taken as comparison, S180tumor transplanting model was established to assay the inhibitory effect of polysaccharide from Korea and Japan Phellinus igniarius fruit-body. Gas chromatography（GC） was adopted to analyse the composition of monosaccharide. The result shows that： Both of polysaccharides showed potent anti-tumor effect, the rates of anti-tumor were 52.36%, 72.64%. It showed Phellinus igniarius fruit-body polysacchad-de of Korea was consisted of five monosaccharides, which are rhamnose, arabinose, glucose,mann-ose and galactose, the Japan was consisted of six monosaccaddes, which are rhamnose,arabinose, xylose, glucose,mannose and galactose.
