企业环境管理绩效的国外研究综述

Review of Foreign Research on the Performance of Enterprise Environmental Management

企业是环境污染的主要"制造者",企业环境管理绩效对国家环境保护产生着重要影响。文章从企业的环境管理实践与环境绩效的关系、环境管理与经济绩效的关系、环境绩效与企业经济绩效的关系以及环境绩效的测量与评估等四个方面对国外学者关于企业环境管理绩效的研究进行了归纳总结,发现在研究方法上,定性分析基础上的定量研究是目前研究的主流思路,问卷调查法和个案分析方法是得到广泛采用的研究方法,非常值得中国学者借鉴;在研究结论上学者们存在很大的分歧,树立源头治理的环境管理理念、增强社会公众的参与意识以及关注中小制造业企业是较为一致的观点。未来的研究应加强数据的真实性,并且需要在对比性研究方面给予更多的关注。

Enterprises are the main producer of the environmental pollutants, so the performance of enterprise environmental management is an important part in the protection of the national environment. This papor reviews foreign rcseawhes on the perfomance of enterprise envirorunental management from four aspects： the relationship between the environmental management practices and the perfomance of environmental management of enterprise, the relationship between economic performance and environmental management, the relationship between economic performance and the performance of environmental nranagement of enterprise, and the measurement and evaluation of the performance of enterprise environmental management. And the results show that the empirical research methods based on qualitative analysis are the main research procedure, and the questionnaire survey and case study methodologies are used widely so that Chinese scholars should use them a lot. There are a lot of differences in the conclusions of different studies except such viewpoints： the environmental managemem idea of source treatment, enhancing the participation of the public, and paying more attention to the small and me,hum enterprises. Future research should focus on improving the quality of the data and doing more researches on comparison studies.
