Adaptive nonlinear control of ALSTOM gasifier

摘要 针对ALSTOM气化炉控制基准问题,结合输入输出约束,设计了一种适应性非线性控制器。该控制器以反馈线性化的思想处理非线性,并将耦合和未知扰动等均视为外扰进行观测和补偿,从而具有结构简单,控制参数物理意义明确,强适应性和抗干扰性的特点。动态测试结果表明,基于非线性模型的适应性非线性控制,优化后的系统满足所有的控制要求;负荷从50%增加到100%时,能迅速跟踪负荷变化,并对于煤质扰动具有一定的适应性。 An adaptive nonlinear controller was designed for the ALSTOM gasifier benchmark control problem with input-output constraints. The controller uses feedback linearization which compensates for the coupling and unknown disturbances as external disturbances. The structure is simple with clear meaning for the controller parameters and excellent disturbance rejection. Simulations show that this adaptive nonlinear control system based on a nonlinear gasifier model meets all the constraints for various loads and rapid tracking of load increases from 50% to 100%. This system also remains stable within a specified coal quality range.
