在所有管理体系标准中,质量成本管理的要求一直是放在重要位置的,但也是一直没有引起足够重视的问题。质量成本管理为什么重要?如何对质量成本进行管理?希望本文能够引起质量管理工作者的思考和探索。
In all management system standards, cost of quality management is always important but not be thought much by people. Why is cost of quality management important？ How is cost of quality managed？ It＇ s the aim of this article to lead quality manager to think about and explore cost of quality management.
