概述了近年来易普森公司在节能减排与环保技术方面的工作。介绍了超级渗碳技术、乙炔低压渗碳技术、真空炉LCP启动技术、真空炉功率因数cos开关组件和燃气加热及其节能减排技术。提出了利用废气对空气预热、采用断开式控温方式和改进点火方式等节能措施。

Some works in Ipsen Group about energy saving,emission reduction and environment-friendly in heat treatment are summarized.Supercarb atmosphere,low pressure carburizing,vacuum furnace LCP starter,vacuum furnace power factor cos switch components and gas heating and energy saving,emission reduction technology are introduced.Some energy-saving methods with gas heating by use air-preheating by waste gas,on/off temperature control and improved ignition are recommended.
