丙烯酸浆料的研制及其在经纱上浆中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 选择丙烯酸、丙烯酰胺、丙烯腈为单体,过硫酸铵为引发剂,采用溶液聚合法合成了适应于涤棉混纺纱上浆的丙烯酸浆料,对合成浆料的性能进行测试并在经纱上浆中作应用研究。合成的丙烯酸浆料可提高纱线强度,提高上浆率、织造效率和一等品率,降低成本。 In this research acrylic acid, acryl amide and acrylonitrile were chosen as monomers and ammonium persulphate was chosen as the initiator. Acrylic acid size suitably to size polyester/cotton blended yarn was synthesizd by use of solvent synthesized method. The properties and performances of the synthesized size were tested and analyzed as well as applied in warp yarn sizing. The synthesized new size can strengthen the yarn strength, increase sizing rate, improve weaving efficiency and first -class product rate as well as reduce production cost.
