摘要
为了简化操作方法,充分利用工时,总结了西服企业口袋制作工艺流程的特点。以缝制袋盖工序为例对动作进行了细分,并根据动作分析原则对其进行分析及优化。提出了动作分析的优化方法,由此可降低作业时间,并为工时和工序划分的制定提供依据。
In order to streamline the operation and make full use of working hours, summarized pocketing making procedure. Based on action principle analysis, the sewing process of the pocket cover is chosen to analyze and be optimized as an example. Thus, an optimized operation is worked out to reduce operation time and provide some reference to establish man - hour working procedure.
