混棉比例对国产细绒棉色特征值的影响研究

Study on the effect of mixing ratio on its color of medium cotton

用HVI测试仪测试棉花的反射率、黄色深度。将不同色特征值的棉花按照一定的比例混合,通过试验,找出混棉比例对国产细绒棉色特征值的影响规律,结果表明:在一定条件下,棉花的黄度和反射率与混棉比例之间存在线性关系。

The reflectance and increasing degree of yellowness were measured by HVI. The Cotton samples with different color grade were mixed, and the influence of the mixing ratio on its color of medium cotton was studied. The result shows that under certain conditions, there exists a linear correlation of the reflectance and the increasing degree of yellowness against the mixing ratio of medium cotton.
