In this paper introduced the importance to detect and control weak rings on the yarn by use of USTER TENSOJET 4 high - speed yarn strength tester. Main measures to minimize the separated weak rings on C J7.3 tex yam are exampled, which helps in improving the weavabihty of the yarn.
