摘要
水电工程建设是一个庞大的系统工程,从前期的规划、勘测、设计、开工建设到最后的竣工验收,工程量浩大,涉及到大量的人力、物力的投入。因而,水电施工工程具有建设工期较长、工程投资大、工程技术复杂、综合效益显著等特点,同时还涉及生态问题。基于这些特点,水电施工工程项目管理是对所承建的水电施工工程项目进行全过程和全方位的计划、组织、协调、控制的科学管理,并且应按阶段有针对性地实行动态管理,以提高工程施工效率和施工效益。
Hydropower project is a huge engineering project,it includes a lot of works and program as prephase plan,survey,design,construction start and involves large amount of manpower,material input.For this reason,hydropower project has the characteristics of long construction period,large investment,complicated engineering technology,significant comprehensive benefit etc.,and it usually be linked with the ecological problem.Based on these characteristics and problems,management of a hydropower project must be scientific,all-directional,organizing,coordination,controllable,and dynamic in essentiality of stages to improve construction efficiency and benefit actively.
