大遗址保护中聚落搬迁研究——以汉长安城为例

An Study of Villages Movement in Preservation of Large Historic Cites——On the Case of Han Chang' an City

通过对汉长安城遗址内聚落发展现状、趋势及对消极影响的分析,研究聚落发展背后的动力机制,在此基础上提出成立汉长安城遗址保护开发管理委员会、通过城市化不断减少大遗址内居民、多方筹措搬迁经费、加强宣传教育等四项具体对策。

Basal on the analysis of the present developing situation, trend and negative effects of villages in large historic sites of Han Chang＇ an City, the impetus behind the village＇s development is studied, four concrete are put forward ： establishing a management comruittce to protect and develop Hε.1 Chang＇ an Historic Sites, 1educing the inhabitants living in the sites by urbanization continually, raising money for the movement in every way and reinforcing propaganda and education, and so on.
