流行音乐引入课堂,是中国流行音乐文化发展的必然趋势,是学校音乐教育的需要。流行音乐引入课堂要符合时代精神、符合审美教育的客观需求。流行音乐引入课堂目的在于加强对流行音乐的正确引导,逐渐确立以经典音乐文化作为我国音乐教育内容的主体,以流行音乐等通俗性音乐为辅的具有中国特色的音乐教育体系。

The introduction of pop music to the classroom is on inevitable trend of Chinese pop music cultural development; and the school＇s music education needs it. The introduction of pop music could meet the objective needs of the spirit of the times and aesthetic education. The purpose of the introduction of pop music to the classroom is to strengthen the correct guidance of the popular music, to establish gradually the music education system with Chinese characteristics in which classical music culture acts as the main content, and pop music and other forms of popular music secondary.
