陕西省经济增长与环境污染关系研究

A Research on the Relationship between the Economic Development and Environmental Pollution in Shaanxi Province

在科学发展观深入人心的今天,探索某一区域经济发展与环境污染之间的关系具有极为深刻的现实意义。以陕西省1985-2007年为样本区间,以人均GDP为经济增长指标,以工业废水排放量、工业废气排放量、工业固体废料产生量、二氧化硫排放量、工业烟尘排放量为环境污染指标,分析环境污染现状,确定经济增长与环境污染协整关系,建立误差修正模型,进行协调度分析。研究表明:陕西省环境污染区域差异明显,关中比重大,陕北增速高;经济增长与工业废水排放量、二氧化硫排放量有长期均衡关系,且呈"N"型,经济与环境协调度急剧下降。

Based on the establishment of the co- integration relationship and the error correction models, this paper analyzes the current situation of the economic development and environmental pollution in Shaanxi Province. Take 1985 -2007 as the sample interval and GDP per capita as the economic indicator. The emission of industrial waste water, industrial waste gas, industrial solid waste, sulfur dioxide and industrial dust are environmental pollution are indicators. Researches show that the situation of pollution is not the same in different regions in Shaanxi： the polluted areas are concentrated in the middle part of Shaanxi and the pollution degree grows very fast in the north part of Shaanxi Province. The paper indicates that there is a balanced relation between the economic growth and the emissions of the industrial waste water and sulfur dioxide and the general coordination degree is sharply declining.
