国际焊接人员考试与资格认证在中国的实施

Implementation of international welding personnel examination and qualification system in China

世界上共有37个国家参加或参与了国际焊接学会(IIW)统一的焊接人员培训、考试与资格认证体系,中国焊接培训与资格认证委员会(CANB)于2000年1月正式获得IIW授权,开始进行相应的焊接人员培训、考试与资格认证工作,并且获得了良好的成绩,所认证的各类人员数位列世界第二位。介绍了国际焊接学会(IIW)对焊接人员考试与资格认证体系的要求,培训机构与考试认证机构必须是独立的实体,并介绍了我国CANB相应的考试与资格认证机构及其在中国的具体实施过程。

There are 37 countries joined in the harmonized welding personnel training, examination and qualification system of International Welding Institute （IIW） at present.Since Chinese Welding Training and Qualification （CANB） got the authorization in January 2000, CANB has started to carry out the corresponding training and qualification and it gets the outstanding achievements which the total number of international qualified personnel ranks the second in the world.This article briefly introduces the requirements of IIW examination and qualification which the training body and examination organization must be individual.CANB builds up the corresponding examination organization and its detailed implementation process in China.
