中美高校焊接专业人才培养的比较研究

Comparative research on cultivation of talents in the specialty of welding technology and engineering in Sino-American universities

简述了我国高校焊接技术与工程专业的发展和现状,通过对中美高校的焊接技术与工程专业人才培养的比较,分析了焊接专业人才的培养目标、教学管理和课程设置等方面的异同。在培养焊接专业人才的过程中要借鉴国外高校人才培养的经验,国内高校要结合国情积极探索焊接专业人才培养的新模式,要做到通才教育和专业教育相结合、学历教育和技能教育相结合,加大师资培养的力度,更新教材内容和教学手段,从而提高我国高校焊接专业的教学质量和焊接学生的综合素质,提高焊接专业人才的培养质量。

The development and actualities of the specialty of welding technology and engineering in domestic universities were introduced.Based on the comparative study on the specialty of welding technology and engineering in Sino-American universities, cultivation training objective, teaching management and curriculum design were analyzed.In the course of talents training of welding professional,we need more experience of developed countries for reference, and explore the new pattern of talents training,in order to improve teaching quality, enhance the comprehensive quality of the welding professional students.
