摘要
分析了某种车型焊接7T驱动后桥总成垂直弯曲疲劳断裂的原因,详细介绍了如何降低车桥的应力集中,提高焊缝接头疲劳寿命,杜绝疲劳断裂的产生,提高其疲劳寿命。就某种车型焊接驱动7T后桥总成垂直弯曲疲劳断裂的实例进行了分析。
This paper analyses the reasons of vertical bending fatigue fracture of welding a model 7t driven rear axle assembly,and introduces how to reduce the stress concentration of rear axle assembly,enhence fatigue life of welding joints,stop the producing of fratigue fracture, enhence its fatigue life.And taking the welding of a model 7t driven rear axle assembly as an example, analyses the vertical bending fatigue fracture.
