ZX7-400逆变焊机电压异常检测电路改进设计

摘要 对ZX7-400逆变焊机电压异常检测电路灵敏度较低的问题进行了分析,断定其原因是稳压二极管和三极管参数的离散性所致。设计并实验采用精密可调基准稳压电源TL431改进原电路,并取得了良好效果。 The problem of the low response for the testing circuit of the abnormal voltage of the ZX7-400 inverter welder are analyzed, and concluded that the reason is the dispersed parameter of the diode and audion.The circuit has improved by designing and adopting exact adjustable reference regulated power TL431 by testing, and the nicer effect has been gained.
