摘要
用多膛炉、回转窑等设备氧化焙烧钼精矿为工业氧化钼时,产品中含二氧化钼等氨不溶物较高,杂质也高,钼回收率不高,烟气中二氧化硫低。预期在不远的将来,将采用POX法处理含铼较高的钼精矿和低品位钼精矿生产工业氧化钼或钼酸铵。
The technical molybdenum oxides produced by muhihearth roaster, rotating furnace and etc. from oxygenation roast molybdenum concentrates contain high MoO2,high harmful impurities with low recovery of molybdenum and low contents SO2 in smoke gas. It is estimated that in the foreseable future, POX process would be used to produce technical molybdenum oxides and ammonium molybdates from low grade molybdenum concentrates containing high Re.
