摘要
在氧化剂存在下,镍在碱性介质中与丁二酮肟形成可溶性的酒红色络合物,在470nm处有最大吸收峰,表观摩尔吸光系数£:2.07×10^4L/mol·cm。镍量在10—100μg/100mL符合比耳定律。此方法操作简便,回收率在95.3%~102.3%之间。相对标准偏差为3.92%~3.94%。能满足工艺试样的分析要求,测定结果稳定,重现性好,准确度高。
When oxidizer exists, Ni combines with dimethylglyoxime in the alkaline medium forming dissoluble claret - red complex compound. At 470nmit has maximum absorption peak while its appearance molar absorption coefficientε =2.07 ×10^4L/mol · cm. When the number of Ni is 10 - 100 μg/100 mL, it matches with Bier Law. This method is simple and has a recyclation rate between 95.3% and 102.3%. It srelative deviance is 3.92% to 3.94%. It can meet the need of analysis requirment of technics sample. The result is relaible and accurate. The experiment can be performed repeatedly. ;
