摘要
综述了Mo-Si-B合金高温氧化行为的研究进展。Mo-Si-B合金具备优异的高温抗氧化和力学性能,有可能作为更高温度下的结构材料使用。目前的研究主要集中在α-Mo-Mo_3Si-Mo_5SiB_2,Mo_5SiBx(T1)-Mo_3Si -Mo_5SiB_2和Mo_5SiBx(T1)-MoSi_2-MoB 3个三相区域。本文阐述了目前国内外对这3个三相区域的Mo-Si-B合金的研究进展,分析了Mo-Si-B合金抗氧化性能的影响因素和氧化机理,并提出进一步的研究方向。
The elevated temperature oxidation behavior of Mo - Si - B alloys is reviewed in this article. As a candidate of high temperature structural material, Mo - Si - B alloys possess the outstanding oxidation resistance and mechanical properties. Recent studies are centralized in the three fields of α- Mo- Mo3Si -Mo5SiB2, Mo5SiBx(T1 ) -Mo5Si -Mo5SiB2 and Mo5SiBx( T1 ) -MoSi2 -MoB. The principal aims of this study are to illustrate the devel- opment and analyse the influencing factors for oxidation resistance as well as put forward the further study directions of Mo - Si - B alloys.
