摘要
针对南四湖水域环境的现状及面临的水资源严重短缺、污染严重、围湖造田与湖区淤积加重等环境问题,提出了以南水北调东线工程建设为契机,结合控水、用水、养水,实现湖区水域环境生态管理的方法与对策,即依据湖区水资源承载容量,优化工农业结构与控制适度发展规模相结合;以节水理念与技术为核心,实现湖区水资源科学利用与污染防治并举;以生态系统管理的理论为指导,实现湖区调水与水资源的科学养护相统一。
The present water environment in the Nasi Lake is suffering from severe shortage, pollution and land reclamation and aggravation of sedimentation. The approaches of control and conserve water for ecological recovery, of water environment in lake area is adopted along with the construction of the Eastern Route Scheme of South-North Water Diversion Project. The objective is to realize integrity of water diversion and scientific maintenance, by optimizing industrial and agricultural production pattern and control scale of development in line with bearing capacity of water resources in the lake area, and concentrating on water-saving technology and concept, rational water utilization and pollution treatment and application of ecosystem improvement theories and practice.
