摘要 针对采用共混纺丝法制备PET功能织物受纳米材料粒径影响较大,而采用常规后整理法存在功能持久性较差的问题,通过在PET织物染色过程中加入纳米TiO2,制得永久功能性的纳米纺织品。用纳米TiO2与分散染料配制染浴,在高温高压条件下同时上染和整理PET织物。SEM和EDS测试结果表明,在高压和130℃高温条件下,平均粒径为8 nm的TiO2颗粒能进入到PET纤维内部无定形区的孔隙,并在冷却后永久固着在PET纤维上。性能测试表明,所得织物不仅具有较好的抗菌和抗紫外线性能,且整理对织物的染色性能和服用性能均无影响。 Blend spinning of functional PET fabric can be affected by the nano-material's diameter, and the traditional finishing fabric's durability is not well. In order to overcome these disadvantages, through addition of nanoscale TiO2 in the PET fabric's dyeing process, the durable functional nano-fabric can be obtained. In the experiment, dye bath is prepared by using nanoscale TiO2 and disperse dyes, then the PET fabric is dyed and finished simultaneously under high temperature and high pressure. SEM and EDS testing indicates that the nanoscale TiO2 whose average diameter is 8 nm can enter into the PET fiber's amorphous region under high pressure and high temperature of 130 ~C, and it can be fixed permanently on the PET fiber when being cooled down. The results of test demonstrate that the finished fabric not only has better anti-bacterial and anti- ultraviolet properties, but the finishing process has no effect on the fabric's wearability and dyeability.
