摘要
针对电子横移系统不能适应高速经编机的发展要求,影响高速经编机全面电子化控制的问题,通过对电子横移系统的工作原理与工艺要求的研究,从系统控制和机械结构2方面分析影响横移运行精度的因素。结果表明:在系统控制方面,控制方式、驱动运动规律、电子齿轮比设置、跟随误差、反馈方式与精度、主轴信号装置是影响横移运动精度的因素;在机械结构方面,直线伺服电机的选型与安装、顶杆长度、电机运动轴与梳栉的平行度是横移运动精度的主要影响因素。
The electronic shogging system can not adapt to the development of high speed warp knitting machine, it has a negative influence on the fully automatic control of the machine. Via the research of working principle and technical requests, the paper systematically analyzes the influencing factors affecting the moving preeision in respect of the system control and mechanical structures. The analysis indicates that control mode, movement rule, setting of electronic gear & the following error, the mode and precision of feed back device, signal gathering installment of main axle are the main influencing factors from the controlling aspects. Selecting and setting of linear servo motor, length of the push rod, parallelism of the motor axis and the guide bar are the mechanical factors for shogging motion precision.
