论国有资产的流失:现状、成因与对策

On the Loss of National Assets─the Present Situation, Cause of Formation and Countermeastures

我国自建国以来积累了大量的国有资产，但现今却以惊人的速度大量流失。越来越多的人们关注到了这一问题。根据政府指示精神，我国要积极推进各项配套改革，加强国有资产的管理，保证国有资产的保值增值，防止国有资产的流失。本文在对国有资产的形成及现状的介绍基础上，针对国有资产流失的渠道和原因进行了总结和概括，并进一步探讨遏制国有资产流失的措施。

Our country has accumulated an enormous national assets since liberation.However, the assets have been runing off at an increasing speed. More and more people pay close attention to this situation. According to the governnlent's instructions matched measures of reform must be developed. Our country will strengthen management, and guarantee maintenance and increase and guard agamst the running off of national assets. Based on the history and present situation of national assets, the authors discuss the channels and causes of loss of national assets and put forward measures to restrain the loss of national assets
