摘要
分析了空心车轴的运用载荷,根据所测载荷谱计算了车轴的受力情况。采用四分之一20节点等参退化奇异单元模拟裂纹前沿的应力奇异性。建立了空心车轴表面裂纹扩展的有限元模型,对裂纹前缘进行离散,实现正交扩展,得到不同步扩展的裂纹前缘。在此基础上,对裂纹前缘不同位置的应力强度因子进行了计算分析。由此得出不同初始形状裂纹前缘扩展中的应力强度因子分布规律,并与解析方法计算的结果进行比较,二者的结果基本吻合。对进一步研究空心轴表面裂纹的扩展情况提供了参考。
The service loads of hollow axles of high speed train were defined, and the stress of hollow axles were obtained by calculating the load spectrum. Quarter point 20-node isoparametric degenerate singular elements are used in modeling the region near the crack tip, The finite element model of crack extension of hollow axle is created, and the crack fi'ont is dispersed to simulate orthogonal extension. Then, the stress intensity factors of crack front are calculated. Finally, the distribution rules of the stress intensity factors of different initial crack shapes are presented, which agree well with the analytical results.
