摘要 叙述了美洲热带地区稻米生产和干燥方式以及稻谷碾米技术设备和安第斯国家碾米工业状况。归纳阐述了美国阿肯色大学的稻米研究成果,如稻米玻璃质转移原理和水分、温度变化的影响,玻璃质原理在低温干燥、烘干塔干燥和高温干燥中的应用及相关问题。介绍了美国、日本研究的大米新产品。
