摘要
探讨了池养鲇鱼对饲料中蛋白质、氨基酸的需求量及其与生长性能的关系,分析了鲇鱼胴体组织中的脂肪成分的变化情况。结果表明:用含有24%的较低蛋白质饲料饲喂池养鲇鱼时,仍可使鲇鱼获得满意的增重;随着鲇鱼饲料中蛋白质含量的降低,鲇鱼内脏及鱼肉中的脂肪含量呈增多趋势。
The relationship between the growth performance of catfish farmed in pools and its demand of feed protein and amino acid was discussed, and the change of fat component in catfish's body tissue. The results showed that a good body weight was observed when the catfish was fed with the feed of 24% lower dietary protein. The fat content in bowels and fish trended to increase with the decrease of dietary protein levels.
