Why Chinese Acient Library Science hasn't Been Constructed into a Mature Modern Subject

下述三大学术旨趣,导致中国古代图书馆学迄今没有被建构为一门成熟的现代学科。第一,将理论论域局限于分类编目的技术层面,使得除此之外的其他中国古代图书馆学思想智慧逸出了人们的学术视野。第二,庸俗地看待历史时间的演进,认为"古代"藏书楼不能等同于"现代"图书馆,从而在研究主体上缺失正确的指谓。第三,满足于知性研究,从而对古代图书馆学的学科精神采取了回避的态度。反思前贤时所走的弯路与不足,有助于我们扬长避短,在建构中国古代图书馆学的学术征程中迈出坚实的一步。

Because of the following three academic tends, Chinese ancient library science hitherto hasn＇t been constructed into a mature modern subject. Firstly, theory domain is confined to technological level such as classification and cataloging. And the rest of Chinese ancient library science wisdom is often neglected. Secondly, treat the evolution of historical time vulgarly and think that ancient library isn＇t equal to modem library. This leads to the situation that research subject lacks of right denotation. Thirdly, former researchers are satisfied with intellectuality study, while they avoid regarding the spirit of Chinese ancient library science. Reflections on our antecedents＇experience and lessons can help us walk firmly in the academic journey of constructing Chinese ancient library science.
