摘要
对神华上湾煤、内蒙古胜利煤和新疆黑山煤进行煤炭直接液化试验,将得到的液化生成油切割成12个窄组分.参照石油馏分平均分子量的4种计算关联式和日本Gray等人推荐式,得到3种煤液化生成油窄馏分平均分子量的计算值,与平均分子量的测量值进行比较,得出Riazi-Daubert关联式和Gray等人推荐式的计算值和测量值比较接近,<150℃的馏分相对误差比较大,而>150℃的各馏分相对误差都在5%之内.
Three coals liquids were obtained from direct liquefaction of Shenhua Shangwan coal and Shengli lignite of Inner Mongolia and Heishan coal of Xinjiang on the continuous test plant. Twelve narrow fractions were obtained by the true boiling point distillation. The average molecular weights calculated by using five relating equations were compared with the measured values by freezing point method. As a result, the calculated values by Riazi-Daubert equation and Gray formula agrees with the measured. The relative errors are within 5% as to the fractions above 150℃, while bigger error attains for below 150℃.
