摘要 运用刚体动力学的基本理论,对一种大型非线性共振筛建立了动力学模型.分析并验证了设备刚体型运动的固有频率.针对不同激励条件计算筛箱上不同点的运动轨迹及工作方向上的振幅,发现适当增大激励角度可以优化运动轨迹.指出设备工作中奇数倍频现象产生的原因,确定了工况下的固有频率,说明设备工作频率在共振频率附近.结果表明,动力学分析与实际测试的结果基本一致,该分析方法可以正确应用到共振筛的动力学分析及优化设计上. By using theory of rigid dynamics, dynamic model of a large-scale nonlinear resonace screen was built. Natural frequency of rigid motion of equipment was analyzed and verified. Under different exciting conditions, motion traces and amplitudes on work direction of several points on resonace screen were computed and that traces optimizing can carry out by increasing exciting angle was found. Reason of odd frequency multiplication phenomenon and natural frequency in working were indicated. The work frequency and the natural frequency are adjacent. The results of all above dynamic analysis are approximately consistent with the actual testing. The method can be accurately applied to dynamics analysis and optimum design for resonaee screen.
