右旋-顺丁烯二酸单冰片酯解离常数的测定

Determination of Dissociation Constant of(+)-bornyl Monomaleate

目的测定(+)-顺丁烯二酸单冰片酯的解离常数(pKa)。方法利用紫外分光光度法及A-pH曲线法测定(+)-顺丁烯二酸单冰片酯解离常数。结果紫外分光光度法测得(+)-顺丁烯二酸单冰片酯的pKa为9.64±0.16,A-pH曲线求得pKa为9.55。结论(+)-顺丁烯二酸单冰片酯呈弱酸性,该实验结果可为(+)-顺丁烯二酸单冰片酯进一步的研究提供依据。

Objective To determine the dissociation constant of （ ＋ ） - bornyl monomaleate. Methods The dissociation constant of （ ＋ ） - bornyl monomaleate was detected by ultraviolet （UV） spectrophotometry and A - pH curves. Results The dissociation constant of （ ＋ ） - bornyl monomaleate was 9.64 ± 0.16 evaluated by UV and 9.55 by A - pH curves. Conclusion （ ＋ ） - bornyl monomaleate is a weak acid. The result will supply evidence for the further research of （ ＋ ） - bornyl monomaleate.
