摘要
目的建立归肾丸的质量标准。方法采用薄层色谱法(TLC)对处方中的杜仲、枸杞子进行定性鉴别;采用高效液相色谱法对处方中山茱萸的主要成份马钱苷进行含量测定。结果薄层鉴别的色谱斑点清晰,特征斑点对应性强,阴性对照无干扰;马钱苷进样量在0.188～0.940μg范围内与峰面积具有良好的线性关系,平均回收率为99.00%(n=6),RSD为1.02%。结论建立的定性及定量方法简单可行,结果准确可靠,重现性好,可作为该产品的参考质量标准。
Objective To establish the quality standard of Guishen Pills. Methods The qualitative analysis of Cortex Eucommiae and Fructus Lyeii in Guishen Pills was carried out by TLC, and the content of loganin in Guishen Pills was determined by HPLC. Results The chromatographic spots of Cortex Eucommiae and Fructus Lycii were identified without the interference of negative control. A linearity of loganin was obtained from 0. 188 Ixg to 0. 940 ixg with a good correlation （ r =0. 999 8, n =6）. The average recovery was 99.00 % and the RSD was 1.02 %. Conclusion The qualitative and quantitative methods established in this study are simple, feasible, accurate and reproducible, and can be used as the quality control standard for Guishen Pills.
