摘要
目的建立复方补气养血口服液中黄芪甲苷含量的高效液相色谱测定方法。方法采用粒度为50μm的C18柱纯化样品,AgilentC18色谱柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)分析,以乙腈-水(60:40)为流动相,流速为1.0mL·min-1,检测波长为203nm。结果黄芪甲苷的线性范围为0.34～3.40μg(r=0.9999),平均加样回收率为100.8%(n=6),RSD为1.47%。结论该测定方法简便可行、重复性好,可用于复方补气养血口服液中黄芪甲苷的含量测定。
Objective To establish the method for determination of astragaloside Ⅳ in Fufang Buqi Yangxue Oral Solution by RP - HPLC. Methods The content of astragaloside IV was determined by a HPLC system under the following conditions： the chromatographic column was Agilent C18（150 mm × 4.60mm, 5μm）, the mobile phase was acetoni- trile - water （60 ： 40）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min- 1, and the detection wavelength was at 203 nm. Results Astra- galoside Ⅳ showed good linearity in the range of 0. 34 - 3.40 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 100. 8 % , and RSD was 1.47 % （ n = 6）. Conclusion The HPLC method is simple and reproducible, and can be used for quality control of Fufang Buqi Yangxue Oral Solution.
