摘要
基于左右手复合传输线(CRLH TL),提出了一种新型并行馈电的Wilkin-son功率分配器。采用奇偶模分析方法证明了在Wilkinson功分器中用左右手复合传输线替代传统传输线的可行性,有效减小了功分器的尺寸。同时利用左右手复合传输线较平滑的相频特性,拓宽了新型左右手复合传输线功分器带宽。实测结果表明:和传统Wilkinson功分器相比,左右手复合传输线功分器带宽能大幅度提高带宽,减小器件面积。另外与串行馈电CRLH功分器相比,由于左右手复合传输线Wilkinson功分器结构对称,各输出端口具有很好的相位一致性,隔离电阻的存在,使其各端口间也拥有较好的隔离度。
Based on composite right/left-handed transmission-line (CRLH TL), a novel Wilkinson power divider with parallel feeding configuration is presented. The feasibility of changing the conventional TL to the CRLH TL in Wilkinson power divider is proved by even/odd-mode method, and the changing effectively reduces the size of the power divider. With the milder phase-frequency characteristics of the CRLH TL, the bandwidth of the novel CRLH TL power divider is expanded. The experimental results show that the novel CRLH TL power divider provides large bandwidth enhancement and area reduction compared to the conventional one. In addition, compared to the CRLH TL power divider with series feeding configuration, the great phase consistency in every output port is due to the symmetric structure of the novel CRLH TL Wilkinson power divider, which has better isolation for the presence of isolation resistors.
