摘要 碳微球因其独特结构和优异性能引起了科学界的重视,使之受到越来越多的关注。文章以乙炔和甲苯为原料,在一定的实验条件下,以化学气相沉积(CVD)法成功地研制出大量形貌较好尺寸均匀的碳微球。对所得碳微球经过不同的石墨化处理工艺,采用X-射线衍射(XRD)及高分辨投射显微镜(HRTEM)考察了不同处理工艺对其形貌和结构的影响。 Because of the excellent properties and structures, carbon microspheres invited more and more attention. In the paper, a great deal of carbon microspheres with high purity, uniform diameter and good features were synthesized by CVD method, while acetylene and toluene were used as carbon sources. The products were treated by microwave plasma and temperature vacuum heat treatments respectively, then changes on the samples were analyzed and characterized by XRD and HRTEM.
