The recovery and utilization of steam condensate in Dongming petrolchem factory were introduced in the paper. The steam condensate water filtering technology was analyzed, and the cost-benefit accounting of using steam condensate as high temperature demineralized water was carried out. By filtering, the iron and oil in high temperature steam condensate was removed, the clean condensate was obtained. For the energy saving and emission reduction, the clean water was used as middle pressure boiler＇s feedwater.
