摘要
文章介绍了膜过滤处理高温蒸汽凝结水技术在东明石化的应用,分析了蒸汽凝结水的除油除铁工艺原理及凝结水处理装置的运行情况,并核算了回收高温蒸汽凝结水作为脱盐水的经济效益。高温蒸汽凝结水经过超微过滤和纤维吸附除去微量油和铁后回用于中压锅炉,达到节能减排的目的。
The recovery and utilization of steam condensate in Dongming petrolchem factory were introduced in the paper. The steam condensate water filtering technology was analyzed, and the cost-benefit accounting of using steam condensate as high temperature demineralized water was carried out. By filtering, the iron and oil in high temperature steam condensate was removed, the clean condensate was obtained. For the energy saving and emission reduction, the clean water was used as middle pressure boiler's feedwater.
