文章阐述了蔬菜水果农药残留的检测分析方法,简要介绍了气相色谱法、高效液相色谱法、液相色谱—质谱联用法、免疫分析法、酶抑制法等。
The determination methods of pesticide residues in fruits and vegetables were reviewed, and the methods include GC method, HPLC method, LC-MS method, IA method and Inhibition enzyme method were introduced.
